There is such a thing as the right moment: when we are open to suggestions that catch our attention. A comment on the radio, a special sentence in a conversation with a friend, an image in a show. As an actress, I want to inspire people, make audiences think, and sometimes "step out of character."

As an ambassador for the YOUTH GLOBE educational initiative "100 Champions," I can now go a step further and help ensure that even more young people receive valuable support through the ChampionsTour to develop into champions in their own lives.

I have known the creators of the ChampionsTour for almost 10 years and am delighted to be appointed as an ambassador for this special initiative.

I am absolutely convinced by the topic of sustainability. Education plays a crucial role here. But knowledge alone is far from enough. What matters is that we take action. That’s why we must set goals and pursue them consistently in all areas of life.

It is a matter of great personal importance to me to contribute as an ambassador for the YOUTH GLOBE educational initiative "100 Champions," so that even more young and motivated individuals can receive a refined toolkit through the ChampionsTour to develop into champions in their own lives. Harun Ndagwe

Expert and Trainer in Organic Regenerative Agriculture

I am a proud citizen of Kenya, East Africa, with a strong desire for a better world for future generations. Having grown up in both urban and rural areas, I have a good understanding of both environments.

After a long career in telecommunications engineering, where I continuously developed myself, I realized that our health is of utmost importance in everything we do. This led me to develop an interest in healthy eating, which brought me to organic regenerative agriculture in 2010—and I have never looked back.

With mentors and trainers from all walks of life, I have acquired skills and knowledge that have enabled me to travel across the country, raising awareness in communities and conducting seminars and workshops on organic regenerative agriculture.

My main focus is on youth and children, whom I reach through their community leaders to support their further development.

Through the initiatives of YOUTH GLOBE, we are laying the foundation to transform our environment now and leave a world full of opportunities for future generations.

Being an ambassador for YOUTH GLOBE’s "100 Champions" education initiative is both a great honor and a call to action, allowing me to expand my work in driving social impact. My role is to provide a platform for emerging leaders in Liberia and connect them with a broader network where they can acquire the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

As a social impact changemaker, it has always been my vision to spark and inspire transformative change in Liberia and beyond. In Liberia, where over 74% of the population is young, there is an urgent need for initiatives that prepare this generation to become ethical leaders and entrepreneurs who will shape a sustainable future for Liberia and Africa as a whole.

With over five years of experience as a social changemaker, I have witnessed the transformative power of social entrepreneurship in creating opportunities and driving meaningful change. I have seen how young people, equipped with the right skills and resources, can become catalysts for progress in their communities. I am honored to take on this role as an ambassador and am committed to connecting Liberian youth with opportunities for entrepreneurship and leadership development that unlock their potential and empower them to create sustainable impact.

When YOUTH GLOBE offered me the role of ambassador for the initiative in the Arab world in April 2025—helping young people experience the magic of the ChampionsTour in their daily lives—I immediately accepted.
