With this commitment—viewing the success stories of participants as the benchmark for their work—special demands are placed on the trainers. Challenging and fostering the success of participants is a key competency of the trainers, which requires both relevant practical experience and continuous personal development in all aspects.

Internships for students in Germany

As a physicist, after completing my studies I dedicated myself to the topic of startups with scientifically demanding products. In the process, I have experienced that above all, top-level executives are needed to successfully establish forward-looking ideas. A holistic approach that focuses on "developing through doing and interacting" is what we are pursuing with YOUTH GLOBE. We focus on the SIMPLY and at the same time effective, evaluate the results on the basis of the goals, framework conditions and underlying values - and thus become SUCCESSFUL in our own lives. It is a privilege for me to be working on the continent of Africa as an Area Manager for YOUTH GLOBE. As an entrepreneur,  trainer and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive industry experience, YOUTH GLOBE offers me a unique opportunity to collaborate with like-minded leaders to advance the development agenda of the beautiful continent of Africa through various concepts and projects on human development.

Promoting human development and helping others to reach their full potential should be considered a fundamental responsibility for all advocates of humanity. For this reason, I am fully committed to facilitating engaging sessions, workshops and seminars in my capacity as a trainer, in order to provide participants with unforgettable learning experiences, and to taking on the role of a mentor and coach with the aim of accompanying, supporting and encouraging learners on their journey.

At the core of YOUTH GLOBE is an unwavering belief in the inherent right of every individual to fulfill their potential. This conviction drives us to introduce our impactful and sustainable personal development methodology to the African continent, initially in Nigeria, Kenya and Ivory Coast.
