Trainer Certification ChampionsTour


Overview

To ensure high seminar quality, trainer certifications are conducted. The prerequisites for participating in the certification are:
- Experience working as a trainer, coach, or manager
- Willingness to engage in personal development using the YOUTH GLOBE methodology
- Alignment with YOUTH GLOBE values

Implementation

The certification can be completed online with two modules: the Ambassador Seminar (4 meetings of 3 hours each) and the Trainer Certification ChampionsTour (2 meetings of 5 hours each), or through an in-person seminar lasting 2.5 days.

Trainer Certification LeadershipTour

        Overview

        To ensure high seminar quality, trainer certifications are conducted. The prerequisites for participating in the certification are:
        - Personal experience as a manager
        - Willingness to engage in personal work using the YOUTH GLOBE methodology
        - Alignment with YOUTH GLOBE values

        Implementation

        The certification is available online, consisting of two modules: the Ambassador Seminar (4 sessions of 3 hours each) and the LeadershipTour Trainer Certification (2 sessions of 5 hours each). Alternatively, it can be completed as an in-person seminar over 2.5 days.

        Seminar Ambassador of the Educational Initiative „100 Champions“

        Overview

        The seminar provides a practical insight into the ChampionsTour through 4 online meetings, each lasting 3 hours. Participants will gain an overview of the requirements, content, and benefits of participating in the ChampionsTour through this hands-on experience. This fosters authentic engagement as an ambassador of the initiative.

        Seminar YOUTH GLOBE Entrepreneur

        Overview

        Holistic personal development is certainly a meaningful life goal. YOUTH GLOBE has developed an approach that enables a wide variety of societal actors to contribute by supporting people in their environment. For many different companies, incorporating the ChampionsTour as part of the educational initiative can enrich their range of offerings. The ChampionsTour is conducted as an in-person seminar—YOUTH GLOBE considers it important to have this tour available in as many cities worldwide as possible.
        The qualification as an entrepreneur is achieved through this seminar, which consists of a total of 6 meetings, each lasting 3 hours (4 meetings for the Ambassador Seminar and 2 meetings covering specific entrepreneur topics).
