I am Adrian Vildozo, a 31 year old lawyer with a passion for social change and justice. After many years working in Germany in volunteer projects and institutional strengthening, I am determined to bring all that experience to Latin America and make it feasible for others to benefit.

My goal is to inspire and collaborate with young entrepreneurs to transform our communities. With an advanced command of German and English, and skills in project management, financial analysis and conflict resolution, I am ready to face new challenges.

My experience and active participation in international forums, such as YOUTH GLOBE, have given me a global perspective that I want to share and develop locally. Together we can build a better future!

Hi, I'm Edilier Bauza, although everyone knows me as Edi. Eight years ago I emigrated to beautiful Argentina from Venezuela, taking with me only my suitcases, two university degrees, and a letter of recommendation highlighting my work as Head of Advertising and Promotions for the Western Zone at Coca-Cola FEMSA.

I am a mother and part of a wonderful family that is already an institution in itself. I recognize myself for breaking schemes, being especially creative, determined and passionate. I love to communicate, generate connections, create messages and reach audiences. I am an expert in creating efficient strategies and action plans that lead to results. I am dedicated to thoroughly study business issues and propose the right solutions.

I currently work with an incredible team, establishing strategic alliances and collaborating with companies like YOUTH GLOBE, which have taken my entrepreneurial potential to a higher level. All this is possible thanks to my Inbound Marketing agency, Bauxzita, which is part of a family legacy.

I always seek to think and progress with others because this is how I learned that the happiness and growth of others are also my own, and that teaching by example and speaking from the heart are essential.
