These experiences became the foundation of my leadership approach today  combining heartfelt dedication with professional structure and strategic vision. As the Area Manager for the Arab World at YOUTH GLOBE, I am committed to expanding opportunities, building meaningful collaborations, and ensuring that the spirit of YOUTH GLOBE reaches young people and organizations across the region in a way that respects local culture while promoting global excellence.

As a physicist, after completing my studies I dedicated myself to the topic of startups with scientifically demanding products. In the process, I have experienced that above all, top-level executives are needed to successfully establish forward-looking ideas. A holistic approach that focuses on "developing through doing and interacting" is what we are pursuing with YOUTH GLOBE. We focus on the SIMPLY and at the same time effective, evaluate the results on the basis of the goals, framework conditions and underlying values - and thus become SUCCESSFUL in our own lives. Acting on the basis of a humanism that pursues the fun and the joy of life and the responsibilities and duties firmly in mind is my concern at YOUTH GLOBE.

With over 29 years of global experience, I specialize in leadership development, management, sales performance, and team dynamics. My passion lies in empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and drive measurable, lasting impact.

I have successfully led transformative initiatives across 40 countries and diverse cultural contexts, delivering tailored keynote addresses, motivational programs, executive and personal coaching, climate surveys, gap analyses, and team-building solutions. My work has consistently contributed to key outcomes such as increased employee engagement, enhanced ownership and motivation, improved interdepartmental collaboration, elevated sales performance, and the creation of cohesive, high-performing teams.

With a foundation in developmental psychology and senior management experience, I transitioned into Life Coaching to embrace a more holistic approach to personal and professional growth. This journey required a profound internal shift—from a fixed to a growth mindset, passive to active engagement, judgment to empathy, scarcity to abundance, and from predefined success to unlocking unlimited potential. My personal transformation laid the groundwork for the impactful coaching and training programs I deliver today.

I have conducted corporate interventions across 46 countries and all major industries,reaching hundreds of thousands of individuals through our programs. My coaching philosophy blends psychological insight with practical management strategies, focusing on self-awareness, clarity, and purposeful action. I am deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations thrive —even in challenging circumstances— by instilling self-belief, resilience, and the confidence to pursue their full potential. My work is anchored in empathy, humility, and confidentiality, fostering lasting connections that continue long after the training journey concludes. After completing my studies in sociology in Syria, I decided to write the next chapter of my life in Germany. Here, I studied social work and subsequently worked in various fields of labor market integration. With YOUTH GLOBE, I found a place where I can best combine my interests and skills. I am particularly excited to support the personal development of individuals while fostering meaningful, win-win relationships. Through my PR work in the Area Team for the Arab World, I am advancing the establishment of regional YOUTH GLOBE teams in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the Emirates. Personal happiness is close to my heart, and I look forward to helping people achieve it.

In 2024, at the age of 21, I participated in the ChampionsTour in Germany. It helped me strengthen my self-confidence and showed me that I can face and overcome difficult situations. During that time, I learned how to present myself effectively and discovered many opportunities for my future. At first, I couldn’t imagine setting goals in all areas of life and working intensely on them, but my parents and friends were amazed by my development.

When I received the offer from YOUTH GLOBE in April 2025 to serve as an ambassador for the initiative in the Arab world and help young people experience the magic of the ChampionsTour in their daily lives, I accepted immediately.

As an ambassador for the YOUTH GLOBE initiative in the Arab region, I firmly believe that investing in people is the key to a better and more sustainable future – and I would like to support the initiative by helping to gain new partners.
