It is a privilege for me to be the Head of Seminars at YOUTH GLOBE Africa. As an entrepreneur, trainer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive industry experience, YOUTH GLOBE offers me a unique opportunity to collaborate with like-minded leaders to advance the development agenda of the beautiful African continent through various human development concepts and projects.

Promoting human development and helping others realize their full potential should be seen as a fundamental responsibility for all champions of humanity. For this reason, in my capacity as a trainer, I am fully committed to facilitating engaging learning sessions, workshops and seminars to provide participants with memorable learning experiences, taking on the role of a mentor and coach with the aim of guiding, supporting and encouraging learners on their journey.
 
At the heart of YOUTH GLOBE is an unwavering belief in the innate right of every individual to reach their full potential. This conviction drives us to introduce our effective and sustainable method for personal development on the African continent, initially in Nigeria, Kenya and the Ivory Coast.

As Area Manager of YOUTH GLOBE, I am honoured to be working for the African continent and in particular to support our educational initiative ‘100 Champions’, which is dedicated to promoting the personal development of young people in Africa.

Our mission is to build a bridge between cultures through education and personal growth, empowering youth to realise their full potential.

Our engagement in Africa is particularly focussed on strengthening local communities and responding to the specific needs of the local population. We recognise the unique challenges faced by young people in different regions and adapt our programmes accordingly to make a lasting impact.

At the same time, we remain true to our core values that apply on a global scale: Respect, Integrity and the Pursuit of Excellence. We are proud that ‘100 Champions’ not only develops individual skills, but also raises collective awareness of global responsibility and social justice.

I am very pleased to introduce myself as part of the YOUTH GLOBE community. As the PR Officer of the YOUTH GLOBE Area Team Africa, it is my great pleasure to bring my deep passion and strong commitment to empowering young people especially to the ‘100 Champions’ educational initiative to inspire and support a new generation of leaders.

Over the years, I have worked as a leader and mentor, with my main goal always being to motivate and empower young people. My work at YOUTH GLOBE is characterised by strategic foresight and a profound understanding of Africa's cultural diversity. These experiences will not only enrich our projects, but also help to build bridges between different communities and inspire positive change.

As part of the ‘100 Champions’ education initiative, I am determined to share my extensive knowledge and experience to help young talents realise and achieve their full greatness. My work as a technical and economic cooperation assistant at the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in Germany has given me profound insights into international relations and project management - key competences to appreciate Africa's cultural diversity and respond to specific needs.

In my role, my goal is to implement innovative strategies that promote both personal and professional development on the continent and to achieve a deeper integration of our projects and initiatives. I am determined to use my experience to initiate positive change that will benefit all generations in Africa.

Africa, known as the continent of youth, harbours enormous potential: today's African youth are better educated, healthier, more connected and digitally savvy than previous generations. This is also reflected in the rising enrolment figures at universities. Our ‘100 Champions’ education initiative aims to support this dynamic population group and strengthen their skills for local and global challenges.

My ambition is to create an environment where every person, young or not so young, has access to opportunities that foster their full development to, among other things, realise their dreams, strengthen their leadership and be the leader they want to be.

My Name is Benina Mkonto, I am passionate about helping others discover their vocation in life and fulfill their dreams that seem impossible in the world we live in at such a time as this.

Coming from a Sports Science and Health Science background I enjoy serving the community around me by helping them lead a holistic healthy lifestyle while fulfilling their purpose in life.

I have an amazing journey imparting wisdom to the youth and elders around my community in university environment.

As a Health entrepreneur, health Coach and Conflict Resolution facilitator who is part of the Alternative to violence program, i love working with people from different spheres of life by helping and capacitating them with the skills that prepare them to fulfil their purpose on this Earth while helping others as well.

I am Stephen Mosheni, a 58-year-old entrepreneur dedicated to facilitating holistic transformation in leadership.

Based in Nairobi, Kenya, I travel extensively across East and South Africa, conducting leadership training programs that focus on developing leaders of integrity, excellence, and honesty.

Through my work I strive to inspire and cultivate the next generation of leaders who will uphold these values today and into the future.

With over nine years of experience in the education sector, I bring professional expertise to help them realize their potential and achieve their goals.

I am Paul Makumi, a dedicated Sports Administrator and Life Coach based in Kenya with over two decades of professional experience in elite and high-performance sports management. I run a Sports Consultancy that creates bespoke marketing solutions for organizations that want to grow their market-share through sport.

As a Life Coach, I approach Talent Development from a wholistic point-of-view with a goal of nurturing champions on and off the Field of Play through programs that combine quality sports coaching, practical life-skills, and personal development. I have conducted sports leadership trainings in various parts of Kenya as well as in Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Benin, Rwanda and Burundi. I have also travelled to another four countries namely South Africa (thrice), Zambia, Egypt, and UAE (Dubai) for further training on the same.

As an entrepreneur, it is my desire to help and collaborate with other entrepreneurs to make the communities we live in better than we found them. Together, we can build a better future for all.
I believe my training and experience gives me a global perspective and I want to share the lessons I have learned with others, especially the youth, who are the next generation.
