“In this day and age, no one should be excluded from education because they cannot attend in person due to distance, time or family constraints.
My goal is to offer people who are unable to attend seminars locally the same opportunity to position themselves as a champion online.”
Dear Andrea, with this common goal in mind, we are delighted that you are enriching our trainer-team with your experience as a systemic coach, trainer and mediator.
Would you please introduce yourself briefly?
"I am Andrea-König-Wenskus – for over 15 years I have been successfully supporting people in change situations. Corporate clients and individual clients usually book me for #personalitydevelopment, mainly leadership and professional reorientation, communication and conflict management. I am also committed to promoting young talent and work closely with trainers.
Supporting, encouraging and challenging people is in my DNA. To provide a solid foundation for this gift, I completed several training courses as a communication trainer, systemic coach and mediator. Since then, I have been developing specialists and managers, particularly in industry, trade and administration."
Are there certain things that are particularly close to your heart in this regard?
“It is important to me to work with my fellow trainers to support more and more people who have taken on the important task of managing employees and constantly developing themselves as a personality.”
What can participants look forward to in your seminars?
"Since I have around 20 years of experience in adult education and have worked with almost every target group, from apprentices to long-standing managers in administration, industry and trade, I am very good at adapting to different groups. To ensure that the learning experience is a positive one, I attach great importance to a group dynamic that promotes work and respectful interaction in the seminar, as well as to the imparting of knowledge and the moderation of the learning stages. My own management experience also enables me to empathize with the challenging everyday life of a manager.
My clients appreciate my goal-oriented and creative methods, as well as the well-balanced mix of empathy and assertiveness that is needed to motivate people to make manageable changes. I provide impulses, promote self-responsibility and encourage systemic thinking so that holistic further development is possible.
Particularly online, a different approach is needed in terms of didactics and group dynamics. Thanks to my more than five years of experience as an online trainer, I engage my participants remotely just as I would on site and create a conducive development environment that is in no way inferior to face-to-face seminars."
What are your expectations as you take on this new challenge?
“I am particularly looking forward to exchanging ideas with a team of appreciative colleagues and continuously developing myself. That's why I welcome the opportunities for regular meetups to qualify as a trainer.”
And what do you think is special about YOUTH GLOBE?
"An important point that convinced me to get involved with YOUTH GLOBE is the holistic approach. As a systems scientist, I know that success can only be long-term and socially acceptable if all important aspects of life are integrated.
The orientation towards values, on the basis of which personal abilities are allowed to grow, is for me the basis for responsible action and thus the basis for leadership.
Another advantage is the international orientation of YOUTH GLOBE, as I myself have travelled abroad a lot and the advancing globalization is lived practice"
Dear Andrea, with this common ground, global thinking and people at the center of our daily work, we are thrilled that you are enriching our team with your experience, drive and knowledge, and we are very much looking forward to working with you!
