Since 2010, the LMI educational initiative "100 Champions for Your Region" has been running successfully in some of the federal states, such as in Saxony under the name of "100 Champions for Saxony". The goal is to support young people between the age of 14 and 25 years old through in their personal development to become more self-confident, committed and value-oriented people.

In our definition, champions are people who set desirable goals and are committed to achieving them. Companies, public institutions and other have made it possible for more than 500 young people to take part in the "Making of a Champion" course. In the years 2015 and 2016, Youth Globe and LMI DACH achieved good results with the following initiative "2015 Champions for Germany, Austria and Switzerland". More than 1200 young people were given support through the Champions courses to form their professional and private life path.

With the launch of "100 Champions" in January 2017, the focus was shifted towards the activities in the regions, which will have an even greater impact. We are looking forward to gain support from companies, associations, governmental institutions and private individuals with the aim of providing long lasting results in the development of the young generation.

Two courses are now available in this initiative, the “Effective Personal Leadership" and the “Making of a Champion “course, which are now optimally oriented to 7 Target groups participants. The intensive program that is approximately around 6 to 10 months leads to impressing results. The interviews of participants and the references posted on this page provide you with an idea over the course and its result.

If you would like to get more information regarding the course or would like to cooperate with us, then please contact us (find the e-mail under each region). You can also find a complete overview in the brochure below, which you can download.
