I’d like to dedicate this week’s review to a topic we at YOUTH GLOBE are working on for quite some time and which kept us occupied during the week: the 100 Champions Initiative.

Home Stretch

I have already introduced our russian ambassador Alena a few weeks ago. Now she as successfully passed her  Championstour - the first russian tour ever. Equipped with the tool set of a true champion, she can now use her talents more purposefully to support YOUTH GLOBE in her country and help more people to get access to the Championstour. We wish you a lot of success with your next goals, Alena!

Start Line

Here at YOUTH GLOBE, every home stretch is follwed by a new start line - after enjoying the success, of course. And this is why I’m happy that the first Championstour in Bielefeld will start next week. We are eager to accompany and support people along the way to a successful life.

Participation

The trainer team and I personally confidently believe in the effects of the Championstour. That is why I find it ever so important to let the trainees have a chance to speak about their experiences. Katrin for example has got a new job during her tour and wants to thank trainer and manager Stefanie: „Your ideas and suggestions have contributed to this. Especially your optimism and straightforwardness did help me a lot. All topics were brought clearly to the table and humour was present, too.“ And this is how Ting sums up her tour: „It did provide me a lot of help and encouragement in this time of transition. During the course I had the pleasure to hear about other people’s ideas, stories and experiences and were able to share mine. It is important to improve yourself and not to get lost in your own tiny world.“ We wish you lots of success with your upcoming goals!

Application

Before the start comes the application and we are happy about the first ones for our Webinar of the „100 Champions“ initiativeWith this multi-part webinar personnel managers and training officers can see the effects of the Championstour for themselves and will get an insight in all the win-win-situations that it brings to both companies and apprentices.

Change of Direction

More and more affected people in Germany use social media to call attention for the desperate situation care facilities are in today. To contribute our share to the relief of care personnel we initiated our project „Learn and work abroad“ to reach out to care professionals that consider a future for themselves in Germany. If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact us.

Have a nice weekend!
Alexander
