Support

The YOUTH GLOBE team was busy this week with preparing the new start of our educational initiative  „100 Champions“ . It aims at supporting young people in their career choices, apprenticeships and life planning alongside of companies. Being trainers and bridgebuilders, we at YOUTH GLOBE want to bring apprentices and employers closer together. The starting date is set on May 17th. More on this will follow before long on our Facebook, Xing and LinkedIn pages.

Chances

With Championstour and 100 Champions Initiative we will start out in  Hamburg soon to help young people taking their chances in life. We are now looking for trainers in the fields of HR and personal development that want to join us for this task. If you are interested, don’t hesitate to contact our regional manager Robert Schultz  via Mail or his profile on LinkedIn .

Mindfulness

To create a valuable togetherness during our courses and beyond, we have established 19 rules for ourselves and our trainees. One of these rules concerns mindfulness, that means taking care of yourself. Our trainer Daniel presented this rule in a video on Monday and added a little personal tip to it. The video is part 4 of a series on all 19 rules. You can watch the previous videos on our  Facebook and Instagram  pages and don’t forget to tune in next week when we will continue the series.

Perspectives

Last week,  I told you about our video shoot in Farsi with our colleague Zohreh. We continued with Inna, our Area Manager Eastern Europe, in Russian last Tuesday. The purpose of these videos is to reach out to people that are currently looking to open up new job perspectives for themselves. A task, that YOUTH GLOBE is happy to help with. I look foward to talk about the results in an upcoming weekly review.

Commitment

Finally, I want to show you that Areas of Life can be more interlinked that you might think. Health and Society  are connected in an initiative called  Run4Water  by the NGO  Viva Con Agua If you participate, you’ll keep yourself fit while helping other people. What can I say? Everybody can do something, you just have to DO it!

Have a nice weekend!
Alexander
